{it's a guy thing...}

I had a good time today doing a senior session for a guy I've known since he was in Jr. High. Where does the time go?

I watch how fast these kids grow up and

it makes me sad to think soon this will be one of MY boys!

I had so much fun doing this senior session yesterday.

I loved that Adam was himself which made it easy to capture who he is and what he's about.

He's someone I can only hope my boys will grow up to be like!!

How precious are these boys? I've been waiting to get my lens on these identical twin boys forever, it seems. I was a little nervous about how I would wrangle 2, the same age at the same time, but these little guys were so laid back and sweet. They made my job easy as pie!

The Littlest Heroes Project is a non-profit based organization founded in January 2008 by Felicia Reinhard, made up of professional photographers nationwide that provide free photo sessions to our nations Littlest Heroes. Through the power of photography we are giving back and taking a stand for these children who sometimes feel forgotten because of their illnesses. We are here to let them know that they are heroes to many, and to share their inspirational stories and photos with the world.

Look at the cheeks on this sweet baby...such a sweetie pie!

{a few of my new favorite things...}

One new thing is this sweet baby girl I was lucky to photograph this morning.

Only 2 weeks old and yet so alert already...

Some other new things are a few new "girly props".

I made my very first tutu {with my wonderful sisters help}

and a new flower headband with the inspiration from

my very talented cousin, Suzanne.

The other new thing is my new "backdrop"...I love the look of it!
